PNA photo MANILA - The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) resumed operation on Tuesday afternoon after signaling trouble caused the rail service to be briefly suspended before noon. In an advisory, the MRT-3 announced that full train operations have resumed between North Avenue Station and Taft Avenue Station at 12:45 p.m., with 17 trains running. In a separate statement, Sumitomo Corporation -the maintenance provider of the MRT-3- gave an apology for the "brief suspension" of the rail service. "Our contractor has already submitted the error data to the system provider, for commencement of detailed analysis," Sumitomo said.
