The Repo Act is a very interesting part of this discussion as nbc noted. The house passed the foreign Aid Package saturday as well as what is called the Repo Act that will allow the biden administration to confiscate billions of Dollars Worth of russian assets sitting in u. S. Banks and transfer them to ukraine for reconstruction to me, that is one of the smartest components of all of this.
