04/20/21 A Cedar Rapids man involved in an armed robbery in Iowa City over three years ago will not face jail time. On Monday, Judge Lars Anderson passed sentence on 22-year-old Keith Wittmon-Anderson. He faced charges of 1 st degree Robbery, Carrying Weapons, 1 st degree Theft, Going Armed with Intent, and Possession of Marijuana for an incident that occurred in the early morning hours of August 1 st, 2018.
