The Idaho House State Affairs Committee passed a bill that would prohibit gender-confirmation surgery from being performed on children.
The removal appears to have occurred on Feb. 5 where of the four suicide-related phone lines, the Trevor Project, an LGBTQ youth organization, was removed.
The ruling comes in response to a lawsuit filed against Governor Greg Abbott over an order he enacted that treats gender-transitioning procedures as child abuse.
"This is a critical victory and an important first step in stopping these egregious and illegal actions from Texas officials."
The Texas Department of Health and Human Services has removed suicide prevention resources for LGBT+ youth from its website.
