Make PNG's National Goals relevant again - Devpolicy Blog from the Development Policy Centre
Drafted in 1975, PNG's Consitution includes a list of national goals and directive principles designed to inform policy and guide the country and its people. Little has been done to incorporate them into daily life in the country however. Patrick Kaiku suggests more could and should be done to mainstream the national goals.
