Both 58-year-old Samuel Sweely and 53-year-old Aimee Loveland were arraigned in court Thursday morning. Both are charged with one count each of endangering a child.
A Sebring man and his girlfriend were put in jail over the weekend for allegedly locking a girl in her bedroom and nailing the window shut.
The girl was only allowed outside to use the bathroom and had to wait until the couple and her siblings were done with dinner before she could eat, officials reportedly said.
