Thailand plans to lift the remaining Covid-19 restrictions, bringing the country’s emergency declaration to a conclusion on 1 October.
From 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023, the period of stay for travellers from countries/territories entitled to visa exemption will be extended to 45 days, and to 30 days for those eligible for a Visa on Arrival.
International airfares aside, the region that has long been a value-lover’s paradise will once again offer a range of tempting bargains.
International travelers to Thailand will no longer be required to show proof of vaccination or ATK test results from 1 October 2022.
Thailand is set to axe its remaining COVID restrictions, ending its emergency decree by the end of this month.
