Article content The Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital has declared a COVID-19 outbreak Wednesday after three patients tested positive for the virus. In a statement issued Thursday, hospital president Sandy Jansen said all patients and families are being notified of the outbreak in the hospital’s 2 South inpatient unit.
