University of South Dakota ROTC ranked 37th nationally
View Comments The University of South Dakota’s Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) has been ranked 37th in the national Order of Merit Scores (OMS) list, increasing 100 spots from last year, according to a release from USD. The OMS rankings are determined by cadets’ performances in academics, leadership and physical fitness levels.
