Capita wins JETS Scotland contract
Under the 12-month, £21.7 million deal the company is developing an online portal to support jobseekers. JETS, which has been in operation in England and Wales since October, provides support to people who have been unemployed for between 13 weeks and 12 months due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The portal gives jobseekers referred to JETS access to a learning management system with online learning for qualifications for growing sectors of the economy, a skills library to help find appropriate online courses, a digital CV builder, a live job feed that links to the CV and an action plan.
