Khammam Female Constables On Duty Fined For Triple Riding Apr 12, 2021, 14:34 IST KHAMMAM: In a gross violation of traffic rules, three woman constables were caught on camera for 1) triple riding in a two-wheeler, 2) not wearing helmets and 3) talking on the mobile on their way to duty, in Khammam. The incident came to light on Sunday, when the picture of these three women went viral on social media. The lady in the middle is seen putting the mobile phone to the ear of the constable driving, while the one at the rear end is also seen talking on the phone. The women were following the mask rule though. ....
