SEBI Slaps Rs1 Lakh Penalty, Bans Santhoshkumar Ravi of B4Trading Tamil for Running Illegal Investment Advisory
Market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has barred Santhoshkumar Ravi (noticee) of B4Trading Tamil (B4TT) for six months for providing unregistered investment advisory services. While slapping a fine of Rs1 lakh, SEBI also asked Mr Ravi to refund Rs29.99 lakh collected as fees from clients, investors or complainants.
