Kerala High Court cites Bible to grant relief to Christian senior citizen
The Bible, the ideals in the Constitution of India, and the UDHR recently prompted Kerala High Court to come to the aid of an 80-year-old senior citizen who had sought to claim arrears for maintenance from his children.
