2 hours ago Yeah, that’s a right shame @Tyranexx, hindsight (or foresight…?) would have been useful in that respect. Either way there’s enough replayability to ensure that at the very least revisiting it for the music alone would be worth it. When I was waiting for the game the entire remastered soundtrack was published online. I wanted to remain spoil-free, but I ended up listening to every single song in the space of three days! Mechonis Field is your favourite song? I wouldn’t say it’s my absolute favourite song but man it’s such a good one. The remastered track does it justice...
I started replaying Xenoblade 2 because Pyra and Mythra were both released for Smash, and it was a very strange replay, because the game now feels much better than when I first played it. I skipped most of the cutscenes but the art style's grown a little on me now, considering I thought it was pretty horrendous a year ago. The gameplay's alright too. The combat's steady, not too fast or slow, and has a decent difficulty. I already had the DLC so I tried Bringer of Chaos difficulty... I suck at JRPGs. I suck at Persona, almost got off the original Xenoblade Chronicles because of the difficulty...
