The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to implement joint development projects and initiatives and promote the exchange of experience and building institutional capacity in Yemen.
A team from the King Abdulaziz Foundation for Research and Archives (Darah) visited Shibam in Yemen as part of a collaborative effort with the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY). The visit aims to contribute to the preservation of the rich heritage of this ancient city. During the visit, the team reviewed documentation methods for traditional arts, architecture, decorations, and crafts.
The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) signed on Monday a memorandum of cooperation with the Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) to implement volunteer programs and initiatives in Yemen. The memorandum was signed by KSrelief Assistant Supervisor General for Planning and Development Dr. Aqeel bin Jamaan Al-Ghamdi and SPDRY Assistant Supervisor General Eng. Hassan Al-Attas at the center in Riyadh.
The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) marked a significant milestone by laying the cornerstone for the Dar Al-Salam Model School project in Aden. The initiative will encompass constructing and outfitting a facility boasting 12 classrooms, administrative offices, chemistry and computer labs, and dual basketball and volleyball courts, according to SPA.
