socaltech.com Carlsbad-based logistics start Airspace, a startup that helps provide time-critical shipping technology, annoucned this morning that it has raised $38M in its Series C funding. The funding was led by Telstra Ventures, and also included co-lead HarbourVest Partners, as well as Scale Ventures, Defy Partners, Qualcomm Ventures, and Prologis Venture. The company says it has now raised a total of $70M.
