Waco police identified the man as 23-year-old Daylon Dixon of Waco. His body was recovered Friday after he went missing the day before.

An aged man and his home health attendant arrived at his Harlem apartment Friday to the smell of a corpse stuffed in a bag, police and law enforcement sources said. When the pair and a third person arrived at the sixth floor apartment at 770 St. Nicholas Ave. the home health worker immediately noticed the overpowering smell, said a law enforcement source.

Cold Case Unit solves manslaughter case from 2018 On December 5, 2018 Kim Zaheer called 9-1-1 to report that her 85-year-old mother, Frances King, needed an ambulance and that she was not breathing.  The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office sent deputies and paramedics to the scene; however, when they arrived at the residence, they reported to Historic City News that they discovered King, deceased.
