Ball honors Winchester veterans FacebookTwitterEmail WINCHESTER — Military veterans were honored Feb. 13 during Winchester’s first Veterans’ Ball. Veterans, dressed in uniform or formal attire, and their guests enjoyed a night of remembrances, speeches, food and dancing. The evening began with photos, the presentation of the flags, and a walk-in parade before Matt Barber, an Army veteran of the 101st Airborne Division, welcomed those attending.
