Jude Mercer Jude Mercer has been selected as Scholar of the Month for January at East Liverpool High School. Jude is the son of Suzanne and John Mercer. Jude ranks in the top 20% of his senior class with a GPA of 3.686, taking a combination of Advanced Placement and College Credit Plus courses. He is a member of the National Honor Society, and has received All-Academic Honors for soccer and tennis for the past four years.
