With the COVID-19 pandemic forcing the cancellation of group activities, many of the retirement home residents have been spending much of their time alone in their suites.   WINNIPEG -- Many Winnipeggers know and love the Winnie-the-Bear statue at Assiniboine Park, and now a pair of residents have found a cool new way to honour the iconic bear.   WINNIPEG -- A woman in St. Vital is getting a lot of attention for the big white creatures that have taken up residence in front of her home.
