A tiny, non-stinging wasp species is the first to appear in scientific literature alongside its fully sequenced genome.
Like other gall wasps, these new species are conventionally known to trick their host tree into feeding and sheltering their young.
The newest species is named after the grad student pub Valhalla, on whose grounds it was found.
