2 political groups file for exemption from Arizona 'dark money' law
Two political groups want a judge to exempt them from a new Arizona law requiring the disclosure of certain donor names after a failed attempt to void the statute earlier this year. By a 3-to-1 margin, voters in 2022 approved the law that says any organization spending at least $50,000 on state races must disclose donors who gave $5,000 or more.
