This is a day we'll get a lot of supreme court ruling, but none probably as closely watched as this, a question about the second aemendment. it restrainses the ability of goemt to limit it application which means that the chicago area handgun ban in place since 1982 is in jeopardy. there was a very similar law that was overturned in washington. we should say that the folks in chicago have been trying to craft a new version of that law that they think could survive and in fact the justices also sort of signaled that a 5-4 decision could survive legal challenges. so while this is a critical ruli...
