ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Aug. 15, 2022) – The National Community Pharmacists Association is pleased to announce the keynote speakers for its 2022 Annual Convention, set for Oct. 1-4 in Kansas City, Mo. The theme for this year’s convention is “Team Up! Where Teamwork Makes It All Work.” The strongest pharmacies often have great teams – comprised of pharmacists, technicians, salesclerks, billing specialists, front-end managers, community health workers, etc. – that result not only in business success but in higher levels of patient satisfaction.
