Newport detective describes the scene Clark, currently assigned as a Bureau of Criminal Identification detective, is one of two primary crime scene investigators for the Newport Police Department. Shortly after midnight on May 30, Clark testified he was on patrol and dispatched to the Shell gas station on Thames Street for a man reportedly bleeding.
