Allahabad High Court slaps ₹20k costs on litigant for repeated requests to re-record Section 164 CrPC statements
The victim or the IO cannot keep seeking the re-recording of Section 164 CrPC statements any number of times without any good cause as it would destroy the sanctity of such statements, Allahabad High Court said.
