A Mumbai court on Tuesday rejected the bail plea of former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in the money-laundering case against him.
The verdict on default bail plea on the ground that the Special Court failed to take cognisance of the chargesheet within the statutory limit of 60 days will be pronounced on January 18, 2022.
