Jammu & Kashmir fast track court sentences sub-judge to 10 years jail for rape, 07 years for cheating a woman in Jammu

A Jammu and Kashmir fast track court on Thursday convicted a judicial officer for raping and cheating a woman who had sought legal help from him in 2018

The Court was dealing with the case of a 16 years old girl, whose father subjected her to repeated sexual assaults which led to her becoming pregnant and delivering his child.
