Watford owner Gino Pozzo could face trial on tax fraud charges in Spain related to his ownership of Granada. Spanish prosecutors say he was part of a “long-term criminal plan” and if found guilty he could face 12 years in prison and fines of £31million ($40m) for what they call “a fraudulent strategy”. After a five-year investigation the Public Prosecutors Office has now outlined its case against Pozzo and four other defendants, including Granada.
