Middle of a pandemic mind you. everyone told to leave the airport and go right through security again to make sure the area is safe. we're seeing people elbow to elbow, children crying. some people cursing, emotions getting hot. people elbowing their way through trying to figure out what's going on and not getting any sort of answer right now. right now it's a wait and see, and i understand they're allowing planes to go again. from what i see on the ground, i don't see how. there's people all over the outside of the airport. there's no baggage operating. people are just waiting, confused, tryi...

People who weren't all the way through the security line and they've got to rescreen everybody to make sure that everything is safe in the terminal. >> reporter: right. >> what can you tell us about the flights? are you starting to see delays show up on these flight boards around the terminal? what's happening on that front? >> reporter: i am seeing no flights whatsoever going out. i did manage to catch the board through all the massive confusion. again, it's like a big crowd of people being pushed forward almost like a concert. just massive confusion. you're being carried by the crowd and now...

Getting apprehensive not having anywhere to go and we started moving a little bit and that's when we noticed everything was cleared out. everybody was evacuated, i talked to a few people that abandoned their luggage and people were screaming to get down and run for the exit so they were in the midst of panic, everybody in the security line responded to that. eric: there is luggage all over the passenger area, people dropped it and left it and ran where you stand in line, spilt coffee in the aisles. judging what you are saying, there were not clear instructions what happened, you are just left ...
