Andrew Wold, whose Davenport Hotel LLC owned the apartment building at 324 Main St., is accusing Select Structural Engineering, a company that inspected the building in the months before the collapse, of negligence and breach of contract.
"Bi-State did not perform any work on the 324 Main building after May 10, 2023," an attorney representing the company wrote in an email to the Quad-City Times Monday.
