The Maharashtra government has given yet another boost to such societies by asking its officers to clear applications ensuring all requisite permissions in place within three months of the date of application.
The government resolution issued on May 31 this year made it binding on officials to issue deemed conveyance for self-development projects within 30 days after application as against the previous six-month deadline.
