Taiwanese semiconductors receive global attention as automakers' perception changes
Driven by the electrification of automotive electronics, the semiconductor demand for single vehicles has greatly increased. The shortage of critical car-grade chips, which has been ongoing for three years, has also led to a significant reversal in automakers' perception of the semiconductor industry. This has enabled Taiwanese semiconductor companies, which had a limited presence in automotive sectors previously, to grow by leaps and bounds in the automotive industry.
