Editorial: Coalition gets deserved walloping over the dog's dinner it made of the referendums
After what it expected to be a widely supported undertaking to amend the Constitution to reflect a modern, progressive Ireland, the Government has conspired to lose two referendums in a more emphatic manner than even those most strongly opposed to both could possibly have imagined.
