AFP says reds behind 141 landmine incidents since 2010

The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on Thursday said that Communist groups have been behind 141 incidents of use, stockpiling, transporting, and production of anti-personnel or land mines since 2010.
According to AFP Human Rights Office (AFPHRO) chief Colonel Joel Alejandro Nacnac, the 141 incidents caused the deaths of 32 military personnel and five civilians as well as the wounding of 163 soldiers and 23 civilians. ....
