The New South Wales government's 'Dine & Discover' scheme, gifting $100 for spending on eating out and entertainment, begins today - but only 500 people will get their hands on the vouchers.  The $500 million stimulus program kicked off with a 'testing phase' that allowed 500 people to spend their four vouchers with eligible businesses in The Rocks tourist area in Sydney and in Broken Hill. A second and larger pilot will happen in Sydney's CBD, on Sydney's Northern Beaches and in the Bega Valley from late February.
