McDonald's to build restaurant at PNB's township
Permodalan Nasional Bhd's (PNB) wholly-owned subsidiary PNB Development Sdn Bhd said on Monday McDonald’s will build a quick-service restaurant with dine-in and drive-thru facilities at PNB Development's 2,814-acre (about 1,126ha) township in Kota Seriemas in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan pursuant to the sale of an approximately 0.64-acre (0.26ha) commercial land in Kota Seriemas by PNB Development's wholly-owned subsidiary Seriemas Development Sdn Bhd to Malaysia's McDonald’s licensee Gerbang Alaf Restaurants Sdn Bhd.
