Randhurst wants to sell outlots to reinvest in struggling center's 'Main Street'
The owner of Randhurst Village in Mount Prospect wants to sell as many as 15 outlots on the property to raise money to invest in the struggling shopping center. But village trustees are skeptical, with one calling the idea "half-baked."
