Woman, 71, sentenced for fatal crash at Newbury farm stand
Janet Bach of Marblehead was sentenced Tuesday to a suspended 18-month sentence in the Middleton House of Correction and placed on probation for three years. On May 22, 2022, Bach backed her car into a farm stand, killing Susan Sforza Nico, 47, of Seabrook, N.H., who was working at a cash register.
