Overnight warming shelter coming to Moberly
Moberly Monitor-Index Come next winter, Moberly will officially have an ovenight warming shelter for persons in need when outdoor temperatures are 15 degrees or below. Doors will be open to greet such guests between Nov. 1 and March 31 thanks to efforts coming from members of First Christian Church, United Way of Randolph County and the county's Ministerial Alliance.
