私募产品竟陷入净值造假风波，投资者购入百万血本无归。那么，作为托管方的证券公司，在事件中是否应承担连带责任？
近日，证券时报·券商中国记者获悉，一位山东投资者2018年1月斥资100万购买上海兴盾资产管理有限公司（简称“兴盾资产”）发行的私募基金产品兴盾期权套利1号，基金托管方为中泰证券。
2020年8月，该投资者打算赎回该产品时却遭拒绝，从中泰证券辗转获悉，该产� ....

据孟杨介绍，“机缘巧合”，上海兴盾资产管理有限公司（简称“兴盾资产”）的员工向他展示了某资产管理网站上关于基金经理丁鹏操作的期权产品收益情况，随后他还被顺势拉去听了几次FOF研究峰会。“规模非常盛大，有很多金融界大咖，包括经常上电视的名为丁鹏的博士。”孟杨回忆。
根据百度百科介绍，丁鹏为中国量化投资学会理事长，是《量化投资策略与技术》一书的作者，也是各电视台和不少大学的特邀嘉宾。
天眼查APP显示，兴盾资产注册地在上海，主要办公地在山东济南市。兴盾资产的第二大股东为丁鹏，持股9%；大股东及实际控制人为吴凤娥，持有91%的股权。据孟杨介绍，吴凤娥的配偶即为胡某泰。
根据孟杨提供的名片，胡某泰职务包括《中国私募基金年鉴》主编、泰山基金论坛理事长、山东FOF研究会执行会长等� ....
