Karthaus Christmas Eve Standoff 9:09 pm Clearfield County District Attorney Ryan Sayers spoke out on the recent standoff in Karthaus that led to 46-year-old Shannon David Quick being taken into custody. Sayers says a 302 Warrant (also known as a Mental Health Warrant) was issued and executed at Quick’s home on Potter Street on Christmas Eve. This after Officials say Quick threatened his mother and child.
