According to Dacera’s legal counsel, lawyer Jose Ledda III, the camp has already submitted their reply-affidavit contesting the findings of the Philippine National Police (PNP) saying that the daughter died due to ruptured aortic aneurysm triggered by increased blood pressure. “Nagsubmit na kami ng reply-affidavit namin, so basically yon na ang last paper na isubmit ng kampo namin (We have already submitted our reply-affidavit so basically, that is the last paper that our camp needs to submit),” Ledda said. ....
