Newcomerstown seeks artists to paint murals on monitoring station
NEWCOMERSTOWN — The village and ARTSNCT are asking local artists to submit sketches towards painting murals on all four sides of the monitoring station located inside what will become a new park along the Tuscarawas River near the former Simonds factory site.
