Ethiopia's Sheger Bread Starts Production at Full Capacity The announcement was made after Adanech Abiebie, Deputy Mayor of Addis Ababa, visited the factory this morning. Mrs. Adanech said the Addis Ababa city administration will supply 100,000 quintals of wheat monthly. Inaugurated in June last year, Sheger Bread Factory has been built at a cost of 900 million birr to quench the growing bread demand of Addis Ababa.
