Former UKIP councillor and community campaigner Stuart Henley joins the Conservative Party

Stuart Henley, who was the driving force behind getting the Shell reinstated in Shell Corner, Halesowen, will campaign for the Halesowen North Conservative team. Firefighter Stuart, who was UKIP councillor for Halesowen North until 2018, stood in the 2017 general election for UKIP.
