A 64-year-old man has died in the collision, with police now appealing to trace a BMW driver. Station Road, near to its junction with Iron Lane and close to the Stechford Retail Park, has been cordoned off by police after the incident. Bus diversions are in place and the road is expected to remain in place for some time.

So when his sister June noticed his window being open for two days, she knew something was wrong. A month later, June and another brother, Carl, reported Erasmus missing. They believe that he was abducted. Erasmus had been living with June since he got divorced about 20 years ago. He had been living as a loner where he would spend most of his time either at work or at the local pub in Athlone.
