Friday, February 5, 2021 Vehicle overturns on Hwy. 39 A Shell Knob man was injured Tuesday in a wreck at 1:30 p.m. on Highway 39, four miles south of Shell Knob. According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Samuel Paddock, 22, of Shell Knob, was driving a 2001 Ford F150 northbound when his vehicle ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned. Paddock suffered minor injuries and was transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield. He was wearing a safety device, and the vehicle was totaled.

She graduated from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln, Neb., with a bachelor’s degree in Art and English, minors in Drama and Journalism, and a Master’s degree in English Literature. After retirement, she and her husband Bill moved to Cassville, and purchased a small farm. They became active in two boating clubs.
