European producers are making pollution-free aquaculture a successful business

Kush Seafarms is Ireland's leading producer of organic shellfish. This family-run company in Kenmare Bay in the country's picturesque south-west started as a pastime in the early 1980s. Two local teachers, John Harrington and his brother decided to try a curious new project -- mussel farming. They now produce about a thousand tons of rope mussels.
