Disgraced Nelson Mandela Bay attorney Du-Wayne Stoltz’s staggering fall from grace reached a new low when he was suspended from practising last week.

In what could be the final nail in the coffin for disgraced attorney Du-Wayne Stoltz, the Gqeberha regional court has asked the Legal Practice Council (LPC) to institute disciplinary proceedings against him.

Accused of falsifying a settlement agreement, forging another lawyer’s signature, and then duping his client into paying the incorrect amount of money into his trust account, the conduct of Du-Wayne Stoltz was brought to the fore on Tuesday as two Gqeberha lawyers took him to task.

Embattled Gqeberha attorney Du-Wayne Stoltz is facing further scrutiny, this time over a slew of allegations relating to misconduct and falsifying a proof of payment.

Stripping took place at popular Gqeberha men’s club Candy’s Revue Bar on Monday — but it was not the usual kind you would expect to see at a strip club.
